Great staff, beautiful peaceful accommodation and hotel. Good vibes only! Had a wonderful first trip as a solo traveller. Food is traditional fresh and tasty, staff are super welcoming, kind and fun. Really helpful with any queries or particular requests I had (copious amounts of tea, veggie meals). Additional shoutout to the surf guides for giving me tips on progressing my surfing!Roof terrace is perfect for sundowners, extra terrace for yoga/exercise and there's a cosy indoor room for any chilly winter days. Looking forward to booking my next trip. Thanks to Charlotte and everyone : )

Highly recommended! From who ? Me :-)- Staff takes really care of you- Food is always good, even if you are free gluten blabla- Super Clean ! The most important with the staff.- At least 3 roofs tops with a view / 10 mn walking from the first surf spot- The present barmaid does real and really good cocktails- the location is quiet even if there is still life outside- Dormitory room is nice, just 2 times 4 beds- Fair pricesThe owner was here during a part of my stay. You could feel that he wants you to feel home, relax and get the happiness of staying here.It was a real pleasure to spend a week here, for my experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I BRING MY OWN SURFBOARD?

Sure, you can bring your own or borrow one from our quiver giving you the chance to try out different boards for different conditions.

HOW MANY INSTRUCTORS PER STUDENT?

The maximum ratio of instructors to students is 1:8 for adults and 1:4 for children. If you’re on a retreat the ratio can be lower.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR THE WAVES ARE TOO BIG/ SMALL?

t depends on how much it rains, usually if there’s a storm we don’t surf the next day because everything gets washed into the sea. A rainy day is fine. There are lots of different spots to choose from depending on the conditions, so only if the surf is too big in all the Taghazout surf spots we’ll do a day trip instead.

I’M NOT SURE IF I’M AN UPPER INTERMEDIATE OR ADVANCED SURFER?

To go on a surf guiding holiday you need to be an independent surfer. This means being confident in the lineup, catching your own waves, and surfing with a hardboard.
